These are customized online or in person sessions to guide people through a therapeutic yoga practice or healing session. They are scheduled at convenient times for the client. For online sessions you need a device which has a camera which is usually built-in. Refer to “how it works section” for more information and to “Using Video Conference section”. There is always time to share and ask questions. The client can expect some of the following:

GET STARTED PACKAGE:
The “Get-Started” package is for anyone who is new to working in a private capacity with me. My clients and I have found this to be of the most benefit and best use of our time. It includes 3 sessions:
1st session, 90 mins. This includes a proper intake, full evaluation and time to get started on a tailored practice. It provides the space to get to know one another and get comfortable with working with each other.
2nd session, 60 mins.
3rd session, 60 mins.
Once you have gone through the Get-Started package, you have to option to do the MAINTENANCE PACKAGE. This is fully supportive of our previous time together and provides the continuity to deepen your practice and explore at a deeper level while incorporating everything that we have established and learned in earlier sessions.
4 x 1 hour sessions (to be used within 4 months)
ONE TIME ONLY SESSION:
If you only wish to do one session then I am happy to accommodate you. You can either do a 60 min session with no evaluation, or a 90 min session with a comprehensive evaluation.
