The difference between this and other online programs is that I will help hold you accountable and cheer you on with regular check-ins. You will decide what level of commitment you wish to make and I will help you stick to it. I want you to succeed and to get your values worth! The yoga classes have secret words that you can email back to me! We will also have a private group facebook page so we can also support each other.

Yoga practices will be intentionally energizing, heart based, focus on shoulders, chest and spine from a steady foundation, pranayama (breathwork) and meditations.
Each week will have a new heart centered meditation that can be done each day.
Some of the classes and meditations are filmed in the Rocky Mountains, so you can feel like you are on a little retreat with me!
Here’s how the program works:
Week one: a new yoga class is uploaded each day (approx 45 mins). By the end of the week you will have 7 online classes that you can do as many times as you like for the rest of the month.
At the start of each week a new guided meditation is uploaded (approx 7 mins). The idea is do try and do the meditation each day (or pick one week and try to stick to that meditation). That’s 4 meditations from the Rocky Mountains.
Because I really want you to succeed and get your values worth, I will be in contact with you depending on the goals you decide on.

You decide on your level of commitment
a) 7 day yoga online challenge. You will have 24 hrs to complete each days practice and then email me afterwards. There will be secret words or certain things that I will ask you to email me about so that I know you have done your practice! Start at Day 1 and proceed onwards. You decide what date you are starting or you can repeat it for the 4 weeks. If you wish to have my support then you will let me know when you are starting so we can have regular check ins.
b) 7 day yoga AND meditation challenge. Same as above but you will also do the meditation each day.
c) Commit to 1, 2 or 3 classes per week and or meditation (you decide).
Of course you can just do what you can depending on your schedule and choose not to have my support.
