Escape to Paradise and join me for a blissful week in the laid back surf town of Playa Guiones, Nosara. It’s a stunning long sandy beach with awesome waves for surfing and swimming, great for walking and perfect for star gazing. Bask in the tropical air and warm water, enjoy the wildlife and the jaw dropping sunsets.

Get the rhythm of your own nature with expert yoga guidance on this gorgeous yoga deck, meditation, pranayama, getting into the heart of all things yoga. Take time to chill out in a hammock Pura Vida style, to reconnect with yourself, take in the abundance of wildlife, enjoy the excursions on offer.

Our luxury retreat villa is designed for outdoor living with open-air communal spaces and no interior hallways. The villa is immersed in mother nature w/private entrance to the beach. It has an open-air yoga platform on the 2nd floor with breathtaking views of the mountains + occasional cows roaming the field. The wave shaped pool ranges in depth from 3.5-7ft deep and has seating built into the walls. There are magnificent landscaped gardens all around the property: palms, native fruit trees, beautiful flowering plants & trees. It is located in Guiones Beach Club, the only gated community in the area. Guiones Beach Club is only accessible to the homeowners and renters in GBC, so it is quiet, private, and secure. The villa is a healthy walk or short bike ride to most restaurants and town.  

The cuisine is deliciously prepared by our private chef. Retreat include 3 meals daily, we will have one dinner out at which is not included. Local restaurants are super too!

Retreat Includes:

• 7 nights accommodation at safe and secure private villa with exclusive use of the property including the “Endless Pool”
• 3 delicious meals daily (except for one evening meal), snacks, tea/coffee
• 2 daily all-level yoga classes. Morning class includes meditation, pranayama, all-level flow, mantras. Evening class is gentle and restorative. Arrival day will just be an evening class, departing day will be early morning class.
• Beach Towels
• Room cleaning once during the week
• Assistance with booking excursions, ground transportation, surf lessons etc  

Does not include:

• Flights, ground transportation, one evening meal out, body treatments such as massage, beverages. 

Accommodations

All rooms have 4 Seasons Hotel mattresses, remote operated air conditioning, ceiling fans, the fastest wifi in Costa Rica, digital safe, + deadbolt lock. Every bathroom has luxe, rain shower heads (as do the outdoor showers). There are 5 rooms open to participants to book. Book early to get your room of choice. 

Master King Suite. Upstairs with balcony + sitting area. Private bathroom. $2400 per person

King Bedroom. Downstairs. Shares bathroom with double twin bedroom. $2220 Per Person (this is the only room that can be for a single traveler with a $500 single supplement) 

Double Queen Bedroom. Upstairs, private bathroom. $2400 Per person

Transportation

Book a flight to Liberia Airport (you discuss options with Elaine before booking). Liberia airport is a 2.5hr drive to the villa. I will help coordinate airport transfers (transfer cost not included). Check in is 4pm on arrival date and check out is 9am on departure date.  It is possible to fly into San Jose airport and book flight from there to Nosara. This is more expensive and is not as ideal as Liberia Airport. 

It is possible to renting a jungle cart, quad, bike to get around Playa Guiones.

$500 non-refundable registration fee to book your space. 

2nd payment due by October 1, 2022 

Final Payment due by December 1, 2022

There are no exceptions made for refunds of registration fee. Refund of 2nd payment is permitted before November 1st, thereafter no refunds are permitted.

Participants should have their own travel insurance and need to be responsible for any medical happenings or arrangements including Covid.  This is not the responsibility of the retreat leader or the facility.
