A fun, challenging flow, focusing on alignment and breath. This class uses creative sequencing to build strength and flexibility; and meditative practices connecting you to mind, body, and spirit. This is a mixed level class providing a safe, solid support for the beginner and a place to grow for the more experienced practitioner. All levels welcome.
Beginner Basics
This form based class is ideal for those who are new to yoga, working with injuries, or for established practitioners who wish to gain a great understanding of the basic poses. During the practice, poses maybe broken down by using walls, props and partner assists so that we can gain a deeper understanding of them in a nourishing environment. You will be guided safely in each pose and learn correct alignment whilst maintaining attention to the breath.
Aligned Vinyasa/Aligned Flow
In this moderately paced class, poses are held for longer periods of time to allow for a deeper experience and understanding of yoga. Attention is given to alignment and mindful breathing to increase your mental focus, strength and flexibility. This creative & explorative class is ideal for advancing beginners to intermediate/advanced students who will be guided with more subtle cues for refinement. Inspiration for everyone with this heartfelt practice!
Beach Yoga Flow
Beach yoga is a divine way to experience yoga. Absorb all the elements of nature while practicing to the flow of the ocean. Who could ask for anything more! This is a basic flow with less instruction so that you can attune to nature. Class is seasonal and weather dependent June-Sept (see schedule). Bring your own mat or towel and be prepared to get sand on it. Call Elaine directly if you are unsure of weather conditions.

Fundamentals and Therapeutic Yoga
A strong foundation is key for everything in life and so too in our yoga practice. This theme based class explores the basic postures, with a focus on correct alignment and breathing techniques. Props and modifications are offered which makes the practice accessible to those with injuries or “rusty hinges”! Both new and seasoned practitioners will benefit from this mindful class which invites you to slow down, de-stress and delve deeper.
Gentle Yoga
Throughout this class we pay particular attention to our bodily alignment. This is a slower paced class but you will experience some gentle flowing of postures and sun salutations. Plenty of modifications are given as you bring your body through a series of standing, seated, and reclining poses designed to gently build strength while calming the mind and nourishing the spirit. Cultivate relaxation, develop flexibility, and dissolve stress and tension. This class is appropriate for beginners, pregnancy, injuries, or for those looking for a gentle way to explore breathing, flexibility and range of motion.
Sound Healing Journeys – monthly
Through the beautiful sounds of Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, chimes, guitar and voice using mantras, you will be led on a musical journey that will help to restore balance while you absorb the unique vibrations. This exquisite experience is most relaxing, helps energize the chakras & can bring you into deep meditation.
Unwind, Restore, Renew workshop: with Live Healing Music
This monthly workshop is comprised of gently poses, breathwork, restorative with LIVE MUSIC, Chanting and Meditation with different themes and music each month.
Explore the different layers and limbs of yoga through this complete practice. The perfect way to unwind for everybody; to enhance peace, wellbeing, healing and personal transformation.
