During this special class, you will have the opportunity to hear a selection of the recordings while Elaine guides you through a Gentle Flow, followed by LIVE MUSIC during restorative poses as Elaine serenades you.

“Silence of Time”, is an entrancing collection of 10 original devotional songs and chants on which Elaine O’Rourke is backed by a superb array of musicians. Her music exudes pure divine love that will connect you to your own heart.
