The beautiful northern coast of Spain, the Basque Region is the home to the vibrant yet mellow city of San Sebastian. Situated by the border with France, it makes it an ideal location with day trips to Biarritz and Saint Jean de Luz and to experience the flavor of two countries. This is urban yoga adventure whilst enjoying nature right at our finger tips, or with our toes dipping into the Bay of Biscay.
I loved the vibe of this whole region when I visited with my Mum in Autumn 2019. I decided on San Sebastian as it has a bit of everything and because our retreat home has the best view around! Oh and of course the food is amazing.
San Sebastian is a small a city, easy to get around with just the right amount of lively. The historic district is busting with delicious food and ambiance. The Pintxos bars (tapas bars) as they are known are great fun with such a great array of food. The newer part of town has plenty of shopping and of course as with anywhere in Europe there are bountiful sites and culture to experience.
There are 2 beautiful beaches, one just down from our retreat home and the other about 20 minutes walk. Both have Surf and SUP or just chillax and swim (water temps are nice), the mountains in the background and hills which we can walk to.
France is just 20 minutes away! It’s so cool… from Parlez vous Francais to Hola. Included is a day trip to lovely Biarritz, (great walk along the ocean cliffs with rock outcroppings, more surf opportunities, shopping, eating and drinking). Of course we will visit the quaint and historical town of Saint Jean de Luz with its very Basque like architecture.

- 6 nights accommodation at our beautiful retreat house overlooking the bay. The rooms are all different with options for the solo traveler, 2 singles, couples and even a triple/quad option. (all the rooms are different)

- A guided Pintxo tour which includes all the food and wine. This will set you up so you know how to get around and what to order as different places are known for different food.

- (Since the food is so amazing, we are just including 3 dinners and breakfast every day. You will really enjoy exploring the town at night for dining options).
- Local guided hike.

The yoga room is fabulous with stunning views. The living room is soooo comfortable, with the best couches and a working fire place.

A €500 non-refundable registration fee is required to book. To receive the listed discounted price the registration fee is due by December 15th. After December 15th price increases by €150. Full payment is due July 1, 2020 .
All Prices are Per Person in Euros. Payments in US $ will be subject to rate of exchange of date of payment.
Cancellation policy: €500 registration fee is non-refundable. 50% refund (except for the deposit) with cancellation before August 1st 2020
Please select your room preference. If you are signing up for a room that is for 2+ people, then I need everyone to sign up together.
I can try to match you up with someone else but there is no guarantee. Also if you have sleeping issues such as snoring, insomnia etc then please sign up for one of the single option rooms.

Airports
There are several options for airports depending on where you are coming from.
San Sebastian
Biarritz (France, approx 30 minutes, easy for public transport or taxi)
Bilbao (Spain, approx 1 hour, easy for public transport or taxi)
Coming from Ireland you may need to fly into one airport and out of another one.
