Originally from Co Wicklow, Ireland, she now resides in Gloucester, MA and is part of the beautiful Cape Ann community. Teaching a range of classes from Vinyasa, Beach Yoga, Flow, Gentle, Aligned Flow, Restorative, Elaine gives you exactly what you need and gracefully weaves yogic philosophy into her classes as well as serenading you in relaxation.
