CHAKRA + SOUND JOURNEY MEDITATION

Be guided on a meditative journey through the CHAKRAs using visualization, contemplation and sound techniques. You will gain a deeper understanding of how the Chakras are playing out in your life and relationships. The sound and meditation will help restore harmony into our various body systems. Elaine will play Crystal Singing Bowls which are tuned to the various Chakra frequencies. We will conclude with a full Sound Healing including the singing bowls, gongs and mantras. As a participant you can lie down for the duration or remain seated.
