An afternoon of self-inquiry in key areas of life in order to help promote clarity and awaken to the true potential within.  Included will be gentle restorative yoga and sound healing to help move energy followed by specific goal and intention setting.  Handouts, tea and light snacks provided.  Please bring additional writing materials.  Advance registration is REQUIRED. To register or for more information please contact Elaine or Jemma.
