Gentle Beginners
This class is offered for those new to Yoga and designed for people who may have thought that Yoga was out of reach for them as a result of aging or physical issues. Encouragement is given to moving slowly and gently with emphasis on breathing and learning the correct body alignments for the postures. This is deeply relaxing bringing acknowledge to feelings,
accepting life as it is,difficult to do as we become less flexible in mind and body.
